Alright, has anyone else out there ever totally failed to impress your wife on Mother’s Day? Well I did just that this year. I didn’t have anything planned and, deservedly, I caught a little shit for my lack of planning. The purpose of this post is to share with you an idea for a great Mother’s Day gift that will show your wife that you really do care and appreciate her. The only down side is that this idea really does take a little planning, but as of the time of me writing this, we still have 11 months to get our poop in a group to show the woman we love (I’m referring to your spouse) that we really do care.
Without further ado, here is the plan. Go get yourself a pen and paper (or some electronic equivalent) and every time your wife does something that you appreciate, write it down. Keep this list going until next Mother’s Day, and then give it to her. Boom, you’re in like Flynn! For extra points come up with some fancy way of giving her the list! You’ve got to admit, getting a massive list of the great things (big or small) that you’ve done over the course of several months would be enough to make anyone feel special. If you have any thoughts on this idea or if you have your own brilliant ideas for pleasing your wife on Mother’s Day, please leave a comment below.
